Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak season (November–December), processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before it ships.
